The Boys & Girls Club of Lansing will open its doors to on-site programming starting Monday, July 6, 2020. Please read our plan below, and the requirements to attend. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
Eligibility Requirements (Updated 7/1/2020)
All participants must complete the updated membership application
Registration will be on a first come first serve basis and limited to the first 75 Club Members, regardless of age:
No new memberships will be allowed. Only current members who's membership was active as of March 13, 2020 are eligible to attend. If you are not sure if your child is eligible, please call us Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 12:00 to check.
To sign up, please drop by anytime Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 12:00.
An attendee will be removed from the program if they have an unexcused absence for two (2) sessions.
All Club Members will will attend Monday through Thursday from 12:00pm to 4:30pm.
Drop off is between 12:00pm and 12:30pm. No children may enter the building after 12:30pm.
Typical Daily Schedule
Drop off between 12:00pm and 12:30pm. After 12:30pm, no child may be dropped off.
12:30pm - Lunch
- 1:00pm - Start of first activity. Rotating to a new activity at the top of the hour.
- 4:30pm - Dismissal
All attendees must wear masks/face coverings at all times. Club members are expected to bring their own masks. If they forget theirs, one complimentary mask will be provided. After the first mask, the cost will be $1 per mask.
Staff must wear masks at all times.
- Drop Off Procedure
- All attendees must be dropped of by a parent/guardian. (If your child is a walker, please speak to our staff.)
- All attendees will go through a temperature check.
- All attendees must wear their masks/face coverings.
- Only Club Members and Staff will be allowed in the building. Sorry, no visitors at this time.
- "Touch points" throughout the building will be sanitized at the top of the hour, and the full building will be cleaned at the end of each day.
- A free Lunch will be provided from at 12:30. Please inform us if your child has any dietary restrictions.
- The canteen will be CLOSED.

These programs develop young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors to nurture their well-being, set personal goals and grow into self-sufficient adults.
Boys & Girls Clubs’ unique approach to workforce readiness prepares youth for success in their first jobs and helps them develop a plan to achieve their chosen careers.
These programs are designed to foster creativity in young people, and give them outlets for self-expression. From the art room to our performing arts studio, our arts programs have something that will inspire everyone.

Character & Leadereship
Teen programs, designed specifically for ages 13-18, provide meaningful experiences today so teens are ready to chase their dreams tomorrow.
These programs help youth become responsible, caring citizens and acquire skills to participate the democratic process. Program participants also develop leadership skills and gain opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to Club and community and celebrating our national heritage.
