Mr. John, the Westside Lead Supervisor, had some glowing things to say about My'eria:
This month's Youth of the Month is My'eria! Throughout the month, she has continued to show what it means to be a positive role model at the West Side Club. Every day, she takes the responsibility of walking her younger brother, who is too young to attend the Club and will become a future club member, to and from our breakfast and lunch program without hesitation. Even in the first week, she was going out and helping us recruit new members in the neighborhood.
Beyond that, My'eria is always one of the first teens to welcome new members into activities. Whether it's inviting someone into a game or simply making them feel included, she helps create the fun and welcoming environment we strive for every day. Her positive attitude, willingness to help others, and incredible Club spirit make her a deserving choice for this month's Youth of the Month.
Congratulations to all our very deserving Youths of the Month! We are so proud of you!
