Southside - Rachel
Northside - Nehemiah
Ms. Jacque, BGCL Northside Lead, had this to say about Nehemiah:
Throughout the month, he has demonstrated remarkable growth in every area of the club. Nehemiah consistently shows kindness, responsibility, and a willingness to help others without ever seeking recognition or rewards. He is always one of the first to offer a helping hand, whether assisting staff, encouraging his peers, or helping keep the club running smoothly.
His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and selfless actions have made him a wonderful role model for other members. Nehemiah’s growth has been inspiring to watch, and he continues to make a meaningful difference through his leadership, compassion, and commitment to making the club a welcoming place for everyone. We are incredibly proud of his accomplishments and look forward to seeing him continue to thrive.

Fun Fact! Nehemiah enjoys playing basketball and he's good at it! He also loves football and soccer.
Westside - Marcus
According to Mr. John, Lead Supervisor at BGCL Westside,
Marcus truly embodies the spirit of our Club through his positive attitude, consistent participation, and kindness toward others. He takes part in nearly every game, activity, and program offered in each room, and he attends the Club almost every day alongside his brother.
Marcus is always willing to share space, supplies, and resources with other members, helping create a welcoming environment where everyone feels included. His enthusiasm, teamwork, and respectful behavior make him a great role model for his peers, and we are excited to recognize him for the positive impact he has on our Club community.
Congratulations to Rachel, Nehemiah, and Marcus!!! You show up, put in the work, and lead by example! We are all very proud of you.
